The Bible: History of Man's Relationship with God

For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them.

The Bible is the #1 best selling book in history, and rightly so. It teaches the evolution of man in an ever changing environment.

How man began. Our mistakes, sorrows and regrets. God's disappointment with early man and how God and man reacted.

Genesis, a gift from God to Moses, is clear in how Earth and man were created. What our purpose is and how we attempt to fulfill that purpose.

As we progress from the Old Testament to the New, change is apparent in language and content.

Live By Example

The Lord's gift of his son Jesus changed history for all time.

Jesus lived by example and not mere words. He taught the unteachable to think and do. Law, education, temperance and civilization itself has Jesus Christ to thank. Christ showed us how to be human. He provided a living example of what the Father intended for us all.

Our relationship with God has only one conclusion. And that is grace and salvation in Jesus' name.

Imagine if every human followed the laws of Christ; mercy, charity, forgiveness, love of everyone, even our enemies.

Perfection

Perfection as it was meant to be. Perfection as it will be upon his return.

I think of these things often and find comfort in my faith. Life without faith is like a dog who constantly chases his own tail.

Life without faith is a hollow pursuit of self-indulgence and ego that never satisfies, but only leads to more meaningless self-pursuit.

So I find strength in my profession. I am satisfied. I assist people in reaching out and grasping the happiness, contentment and peace of mind necessary for a quality life.
